You can easily order our products through our online shop. Select your desired product, add text / date and images, place it in the cart and follow the checkout instructions. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email.
We accept credit / debit cards with Paypal (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD fee: 8.99 €), invoice (for selected customers).
Within Germany, shipping costs are 4.99 € for orders under 75 €. Orders over 75 € ship for free. International deliveries are currently not offered
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days within Germany. For custom-made products, delivery time can be up to 2 weeks. Information will be provided by email
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return for non-personalized products. Returns are unfortunately not possible for personalized products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us in advance for a return address.
Yes, in the Seelenlichter category, all our products are printed with the greatest care using a 3D printer and hand-finished. Each piece is unique and reflects attention to detail.
